Beltane marks and celebrates the peak of spring. It welcomes the imminent arrival of the summer season and vibrant awakening of the world around us.

Everything in Nature is now bursting with fertility, life, growth, power and potential – and the same is true for you.

All around us is the feeling of expectation and growth, as earth energy is at its strongest and Nature at her most active, busy growing into its full potential.

From this moment to the summer solstice is the peak energy time of the Wheel of the Year to manifest, create and bring to life what you want, and that’s just what we’ll embrace during this two-hour long practice.

During this class we’ll awaken your inner Creatrix - the feminine embodiment of creative power - tuning into the creative energy, manifestation, life force and fertility that surrounds you, helping bring your dreams to life.

We'll uncover the full promise that lives within us and celebrate the creative life-force energy flowing through everything, calling us and our dreams to grow into all that they can become.

In this 2-hour class I will share with you all you need to know about Beltane and how to work with these energies to create and manifest.

I will lead you through a gentle yoga practice/movement to help you to embody your intentions, bringing them to life using the fertile, creative energy of Nature to help us to come into full bloom.
