In this workshop, I will share with you how to find a degree point in your birth chart, this can be used to find where each new and full moon lands in your own chart, and bigger astrological transits, so that you can work with these energies in a deeper and more meaningful way.
What is a birth chart?
A birth chart (also known as a natal chart) uses the exact date, time and location of your birth to calculate and display the position of the planets and celestial objects and the zodiac signs they were occupying at the time of your birth. Think of it as a blueprint of the skies at the time you were born.
Your birth chart will not only give you your 'Big Three' - your sun sign, moon sign and rising sign (ascendant) - but also give you insight into the position of each planet at the time you were born, and what zodiac sign and astrology house they were in. This information can give you fascinating insight into you and your life and help you to know, understand and accept yourself on a much deeper level and navigate your life journey and soul-calling in a more powerful way.
What is a degree point?
Your birth chart is shown as a wheel containing 12 sections, each representing a sign of the zodiac, with each sign spanning 30 degrees of the 360-degree circle of the zodiac. A degree point in a birth chart refers to the specific degree within a zodiac sign where a celestial body or significant point is located.
Understanding the degree points in your birth chart will help you to interpret the energies and influences of the planets more precisely.
