This powerful course will allow you the space for deep self-reflection, to help you to know, understand, accept and love yourself like never before.
This is a homecoming.
Each week will include transformative self-enquiry processes, a video deep-dive into our weekly topic as well as exercises, rituals and meditations to help you put it all into practice.
Week-by-week you will discover ways in which you have abandoned, sabotaged or lost yourself and kept yourself hidden and small, and instead begin to find yourself and come back home.
Through this journey you will uncover parts of yourself and begin to believe in your magic, your worth and your place in the world.
You’ll gain a sense of believing in, trusting and loving yourself and knowing who you are, what you want and what you deserve in life.

This will be a soulful journey to rediscover yourself and align with your heart, your truth, your beliefs, your worth, your values and who you truly are.

2 x In-depth self-enquiry worksheets including exercises and/or rituals to support each week’s work

Week 1 - Self-worth
Having a sense of self-worth means that you value yourself and know that you are worthy and deserving of being treated well and having all that you desire in life.
Week 2 - Shadow Work
Put simply, our shadow is all that we deny or try to hide from in ourselves. But it’s in the owning of these that you can acquire deeper levels of self-awareness and love.
Week 3 - Self-belief
Self-belief, as the name suggests, is the amount in which you believe in yourself. Without self-belief we will continually accept less than we deserve and downplay our abilities, light and magic.
Week 4 - Self-sabotage
Self-sabotage is the ways in which we actively or passively create problems and issues or behave or think in ways that stand in the way of us achieving our goals and dreams.
Week 5 - Boundaries
Boundaries are one of the greatest acts of self-love. Boundaries protect us, they help us to teach others about ways in which we want to be treated and they create more self-worth and self-respect.
Week 6 - Living on purpose
Living a life of purpose is essential to well-being and is one of the most soulful and heart led ways to live. Your purpose is a part of who you are, it’s part of one of the main reasons you are here on this earth.
