The last Leo new moon total solar eclipse came to help you to envision a new reality and future collective destiny. Then, to help us to find trust and faith and let go to get to what’s next was the Pisces full moon lunar eclipse. Now, to help you to align your actions with your intentions is the Virgo new moon.

I think we all felt that last eclipse portal in a big way, and it rocked our worlds in the way it needed to. Even if our egos didn’t enjoy it, our souls are breathing a sigh of relief that we are now oriented back on track, but we may not consciously know where the path is leading us yet - that’s what this new moon is here to help with.

As the first new moon after the eclipses, it’s here that we begin to integrate what the eclipses showed us. Beautiful, detail-driven Virgo will help you to sort through the pieces to see what the eclipses taught you, what has become clear, what is now complete and what you can no longer deny.

You’ll be able to see what it’s time to leave behind and what needs purging, cleansing and purifying from your life. It’s here that you reset and make choices from this new place of awareness.

One of the biggest teachings of this moon is that true change in your life does not need to come from one big dramatic decision, although it may well do and the eclipse may have brought one or two of these for you!

But this is the harder way to learn, and often only comes about when you’ve put up with way too much for too long and you’ve had enough. Or when your soul has been trying to nudge you again, again and again and you won’t listen. This moon wants you to listen.

True, lasting change in your life is made by the little, consistent, continual choices that you make every day that, at the time, seem small and insignificant but over time make the biggest difference.

What you do daily matters, what you keep allowing to slide matters, where you put your energy and awareness matters – it’s what creates the fabric of your reality.

You can’t wish on the eclipses for life changes and then keep repeating old habits, patterns, behaviours and routines, staying stuck in places where you are unhappy, and wonder why things aren’t changing. Nothing changes if nothing changes.

But begin to make small daily changes at this moon and your life will have shifted completely by the eclipses next year.
