My Moon Musings… 

The last Leo full moon came to begin to guide us into a whole new world. Then, to help you to show up and play your part in the creation of that world was the Aquarius new moon. Now to help cleanse, purge and prepare for new beginnings is the Virgo full moon.

This is the last full moon of the astrological year and before eclipse season begins, and as such this is a big point of preparation and release so that we can move into the new.

All full moons bring a moment of completion, culmination, and closure but this one in particular as it gives us the opportunity for a clear out and cleanse before a new spring beginning.

We’ve tentatively entered a new traditional year, we’ve just started to weave and create a new world with Pluto’s move into Aquarius and the last Aquarius new moon and very soon we’re going to enter a new astrological year with the Spring Equinox on the 20^th March.

This full moon is going to help you to prepare for what’s to come. Virgo is the planner of the zodiac, the detail driven, efficient, ambitious energy that works for the greater good. She is also the healer, the earth Goddess, the Priestess. All of this is what this full moon is going to help you with.

Let’s begin with the planning and preparation. All around us the world is beginning to gently shake off winter and emerge into Spring, and we too are being called forward into what we want to create, manifest, and bring to life through us.

You may have had some inklings and stirrings of what this is with the last few new moons, and the shift into Aquarian energy; feeling into what your part to play is in where the collective goes next.

Under this full moon have an honest look at what you let get in the way and what it’s time to close, release, complete and say goodbye to so that you can create the space for something new to come in.

Next, look at what you want and break it down into small manageable steps. Under this Virgo full moon make a plan of what needs to happen when to make sure that you can get to where you want to be, whether that’s in a month’s time, six months, or a year.

You’ll feel a strong need at this moon to break free from societal, family, or personal limitations and to begin to demand what you deserve.

One thing is for sure that you’re going to feel a deep desire to be more you, speak more truth and trust your intuition over the noise of the outside world.

This full moon wants to bring a clearing, cleansing, completion and culmination to all it’s time to leave behind, and to help you to heal and become whole so that you are ready to reclaim all of yourself, remember your souls’ agreements and be ready for these brand new beginnings coming our way.

Devote and dedicate yourself to not only what you want but also yourself and what you need to be doing now so that you have an inner foundation strong enough to hold what you want and who you want to become.
