Terms & Conditions -The Remembrance: A Priestess Path Retreat 2026.

 

Cancellations & Refund Policy:

All bookings include a £250 non-refundable deposit which secures your place on this limited capacity retreat.

As this is a small and intimate experience, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy, so we kindly ask that you only book if you feel certain you can attend.

If you need to cancel your place:

  • More than 6 weeks before the retreat: 50% of your remaining balance (excluding the deposit) will be refunded
  • Within 6 weeks of the retreat: no refund will be issued
  • Within 2 weeks of the retreat: no refund will be issued

If your place can be filled from a waitlist, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund (excluding the deposit). However, this cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation.

Travel arrangements: All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost.
Kirsty Gallagher Ltd will not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays, cancellations, or issues with your chosen transportation.

Health & Wellbeing: This retreat includes gentle movement, meditation, and group practices, which may not be suitable for everyone.

If you are pregnant, have any medical, physical or mental health conditions, or are currently under the care of a healthcare professional, you must inform us at the time of booking.

By attending, you confirm that:

  • you are physically and emotionally well enough to participate

  • you will take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing

  • you will continue to take any prescribed medication as advised

Please note that this is a non-clinical setting, and there are no medical professionals on site.

If you are unsure whether this retreat is suitable for you, we ask that you contact us in advance to discuss. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw participation if we feel the retreat may not be suitable for your health needs.

Liability: By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. Kirsty Gallagher Ltd will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or emotional responses that may occur during or after the retreat. We are also not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

Force Majeure: Kirsty Gallagher Ltd will not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays or changes cause by war, threat of war, terrorist actions, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, technical problems to transport, illness of participants or close relatives/pets, acts of God or any other events beyond our control. Neither can we be responsible for any loss or damage of property or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Kirsty Gallagher Ltd.
