If paying in instalments: Your first payment will be taken today. Remaining payments will be taken automatically on the same date each month.

Cancellations & Refund Policy:

All bookings include a £250 non-refundable deposit, which secures your place on this limited-capacity retreat.

As this is a small and intimate experience, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy, so we kindly ask that you only book if you feel certain you can attend.

If you need to cancel your place:

• More than 6 weeks before the retreat: 50% of your remaining balance (excluding the deposit) will be refunded

• Within 6 weeks of the retreat: no refund will be issued

• Within 2 weeks of the retreat: no refund will be issued

If your place can be filled from a waitlist, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund (excluding the deposit). However, this cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation.

Travel arrangements: All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at you own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations of your chosen transportation.

Health disclaimer: This retreat will include a session with some gentle movement. This movement may not be suitable for anyone who is pregnant or has serious physical/medical conditions.

If you have had any serious physical or emotional illness within the last 5 years, or are under any medical or psychiatric supervision please advise us at the time of booking.

If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in the retreat please contact us beforehand to discuss this.

Liability: Please understand that you are responsible for your own health and well-being during the retreat. Kirsty Gallagher Ltd will not be held liable for any injuries or other medical or emotional problems that may occur, are sustained or aggravated during or after your time on retreat.

Kirsty Gallagher Ltd will not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays or changes cause by war, threat of war, terrorist actions, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, technical problems to transport, illness of participants or close relatives/pets, acts of God or any other events beyond our control. Neither can we be responsible for any loss or damage of property or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Kirsty Gallagher Ltd.
