Pregnancy Yoga is a beautiful way to nurture yourself and the growing life inside you, plus meet and form friendships with other Mummies to be! Learn specially adapted yoga poses to help create space, strength, comfort and ease along with breathing techniques, mantras and mudras and indulge in the bliss of deep relaxation. Practising yoga through pregnancy will not only help to support you during pregnancy but also prepare you for birth.
